Introduction
Relayer Labs ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Relayer mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Information We Collect
Account and workspace data
We collect your email address, account identifier, authentication session information, workspace and repository context, and the text or code you send to provide the service.
Voice and camera input
When you choose to use a voice query or camera image, Relayer sends that input to provide the requested workspace response. We do not request photo-library access.
Diagnostics and product interaction
We collect product-interaction events and crash or diagnostic data. These records may be linked to your account identifier so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell personal information or use advertising SDKs in the launch mobile build.
Data Retention
We retain account, workspace, and service records only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service, subject to our operational and legal obligations. Voice and camera input are processed for the request you initiate. Diagnostic and product interaction records may be retained to investigate reliability and security issues.
Your Rights
You can control microphone and camera access in your device settings. To delete your account, sign in to Relayer, open Account settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes the sign-in account and signs you out; related data handling follows this policy.
Account deletion and privacy choices
Use the signed-in Relayer app's Account settings to delete your account. If you cannot sign in or need help with a privacy request, contact support@relayerlabs.ai.
Account deletion removes private workflow sessions, temporary task and runtime leases, and session-produced drafts; cancels queued workflow sync jobs; and disables recurring jobs you created. Shared append-only decision and completed-job provenance records may be retained as needed for collaborative integrity, reliability, and security; when retained, your account identifier is replaced with an irreversible pseudonymous tombstone.
Third-Party Services
We use Auth0 for authentication, PostHog for product analytics, and Sentry for crash and diagnostic reporting. These providers process the information described above only to support the service under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
